This is the most comfortable 8" chefs knife I have ever designed or used. The handle tapers in the front to allow for a comfortable use of a pinch grip and the downward curve of the handle fits perfectly in your palm.

The blade is offered in 1084 or aeb-L

The handle is made Ultex Suretouch, g10, wood, or a mix of all

As with all our knives they are hand made one at a time.I try to keep some finished ones in stock but if we are sold out please allow 6 weeks for delivery.
